Dr. Koh received his veterinary degree in Taiwan and later completed a specialty internship followed by a master’s program in acupuncture/integrative medicine at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. Prior to joining UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2020, Dr. Koh was an assistant clinical professor at LSU School of Veterinary Medicine and has been the service chief of the Integrative Medicine and Rehabilitation Service since 2013.

He is certified in acupuncture, rehabilitation, herbal therapy, food therapy, and medical manipulation. Dr. Koh is an experienced and internationally recognized speaker and mentor on integrative medicine, rehabilitation, and traditional Chinese veterinary medicine. His research and clinical focus have been on integrative and rehabilitative therapies for pain management, neuromusculoskeletal disorders, geriatric conditions, and palliative and hospice care to improve the comfort and function of his patients while building lasting relationships with his clients.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and traveling.
