Signalment:  14 year old, intact male, Chocolate Lab, “Rowdy”

History:  Progressive non-painful rear limb paresis suggestive of DM, non-responsive to NSAID’s or steroids, fecal and urinary incontinence

Laser Treatment:  Laser therapy at 30J/cm2 administered weekly over thoracic and lumbar spine, video progress recorded at monthly intervals.

Other Treatments:  None (patient was not on any other medications after laser therapy was initiated).
