Presentation:  Vehicular Trauma, De-gloving Injury

Approximate Size of Area Treated (in cm2):  320 cm2

Total Energy Delivered (= Power x Time):  Treated with 1740 J total (4.5 J/cm2) each session, decreasing as wound size shrank

Frequency of Treatment:  15 laser therapy sessions over 5 weeks.

Other Treatments:  Daily wet-to-dry bandage changes for 4 days, then switched to every other day regular bandage changes.
