In this case study read about how 19-month-old great Dane, Max, was able to keep his leg thanks to laser therapy.  Dr. Rosado discusses Max’s physical exam, his diagnosis, treatment recommendations, laser therapy protocols used and follow-up assessment.  Within 24 hours of the first laser treatment (Day 4 post-injury), the swelling in Max’s limb had decreased by approximately 50 percent.  By Day 7 post-injury and after two laser treatments, the sanguineous discharge had resolved and the swelling was 90 percent resolved
