History
Previous R hind amputation d/t nerve sheath tumor; on Galliprant 60mg PO SID
Initial Assessments
L stifle mild effusion & discomfort; CD negative; iliopsoas & lumbar spine palpates painful; biceps m. palpates hypertrophied & painful bilaterally
Treatment
PRP 1.5ml L stifle; laser therapy biceps m. bilaterally, lumbar spine & iliopsoas mm. @ 20J/cm2 and 8-12 W power
Other Treatments
TRAMADOL– 75mg PO BID TO TID PRN for 1 week prior & 2 weeks after PRP. GABAPENTIN- 200mg PO BID PRN for 1 week prior & 2 weeks after PRP
