Signalment
Canine, Labrador Retriever, 10.5 yrs., M/N, “Bailey”

History
Chronic osteoarthritis, multiple joints but most severe in shoulders (bilateral); Hyperadrenocorticism (PDH)

Diagnostics and Exam Findings
Radiographs revealed findings consistent with severe DJD in coxofemoral joints as well as in shoulders, bilaterally; muscle atrophy both rear legs (chronic); pain particularly on extension of R shoulder

PRP Treatment
2ml PRP injected into each shoulder joint on 10/11/18

Other Treatments
Patient has been taking the following medications for several months-- Galliprant 90mg PO SID; Gabapentin 200m PO BID; Glucosamine/Chondroitin Supplement; Vetoryl 10mg PO SID (for PDH)
